Our chefs are true ambassadors for their country, its culture and its cuisine. Not only do they put their heart and soul into the dishes they create and their presentation, they are eager to explain to the public what Thai cuisine and culture are all about.
The secret to the success of Siam Garden’s authenticity is the experience of its team of eight professional Thai chefs, led by business partner and executive chef Suchart Tiawskul.
Mr. Tiawskul has nearly 30 years' culinary experience and served as executive chef at some of Bangkok’s leading hotel restaurants. Our sous chef, Somchai Homsap, has equally impressive credentials and is a skilled ice carving artist. Jintana Viriyamano, a talented chef and fruit carving artisan, is also our service manager and special events coordinator.
